Together we form a team that covers a wide range of Media, Television and VOD services product management. Since 1993, we have actively took part in the launching and management of several television and Video on Demand type of services, and we have coordinated teams of professionals in an extremely demanding and competitive environment ever since.
For us, a new project is a new challenge, such as the ongoing management of Media products, as it involves a permanent adjustment to an extremely dynamic and unpredictable business environment, like the current entertainment industry.
What we do?
Program Acquisition
Covering: FreeTV, Basic Cable, Satellite, PayTV, VOD, PPV, ancillary rights etc.
Strong relationship with the Major Distribution Studios (Disney, Sony, NBC Universal, Warner Brothers, 20thFoxStudios, Paramount, MGM) and with the biggest local Independent distribution companies (… MPD, Vertical, Prorom, Independenta, SPI, etc.), which are commonly gathering the top Independent productions worldwide (Lionsgate, Sierra Affinity etc.)
Active attendance of the biggest TV markets and Showcases: MIPCOM, MIPTV, NATPE, EFM/BERLINALE, AFM, BBC SHOWCASE, GERMAN SCREENINGS etc.

Providing management for a program distribution company on such a challenging territory as Romania and Eastern Europe meant first and foremost a challenge and then a business exercise based on valuable know-how and active presence on the local program market.

More specifically, what we do? We create, we coordinate, we implement, we develop:
Complete sets of procedures applicable to the Media, Television structures [&] non-linear services;
Models of managerial analyses and reports;
Integrated management software (databases) for the whole operational flow devoted to television stations;
Operational internal liaison (between the “Support” departments, Financial, Legal, NewMedia, Sales, HR, Technical etc.)
Coordination of the third parties involved in the operational flow:
o Translation, subtitling and dubbing companies,
o Outsourced production companies,
o Cooperation with marketing companies for wider (local/external) promotion, branding and positioning campaigns
o Coordination among departments and third parties to organize live productions for television stations (Oscars, special events, marketing events etc.)
o Video production (talk-shows [&] studio debates)
o Coordination of the operational flow with the external partners (content providers)
