Screen Authority Sapporo (SAS) is the official film commission of Sapporo City, Hokkaido. SAS develops partnerships with countries worldwide for on-location filming support, international co-production, and content distribution. What we do: - On-location filming support - International co-production assistance - International distribution of Hokkaido content - Promote tourism and trade through visual content Sapporo is Japan's northern-most city designated by government ordinance. It has the 5th largest population in Japan yet it uniquely coexists with it's rich surrounding nature and biodiversity. SAS serves as your first contact in production activities in Sapporo.
