Nagoya TV has its headquarters in Nagoya, that is the third largest metropolis and located at roughly the mid-point in Japan. It forms the hub of the Chubu region, a center for industry, government, culture and transportation. The area offers a rich natural environment, colorful history, firm industrial base and varied cultural life.
Nagoya TV was established in 1961. Its major shareholders are The Asahi Simbun, one of the Japan's leading newspapers, TV Asahi and Toyota Motor Corporation. It began broadcasting in 1962 under the policy of “providing trustworthy news programs, enjoyable high-quality entertainment contents”. The station serves news programs and some kind of contents to the prefectures of Aichi, Gifu and Mie, including surrounding areas giving it an audience of 4.37 million house-holds and 11.3 million viewers.
We produce Dramas, Documentaries, Entertainments Pop Shows, Movies and the program of Travelogues. We aim to establish long-term relationships with overseas TV stations / Productions / Distributors not only program sales but also co-productions and co-developments.
