In The Box TV, est un nouveau diffuseur qui va lancer 12 nouvelle chaînes thématiques dans les Balkans (Slovénie, Serbie, Macédoine, Croatie, Bosnie et Monténégro) à compter du 1er septembre 2014 (avec projets d'extension de la couverture à l'été 2015).

Parmi les nouvelles chaînes : Woman, Planet Earth, Home [&] Design, MAN et Dr Fit.

La société a conclu (01/04/2014) l'achat d'un gros volume de programmes (3 000 heures sur deux ans) auprès du distributeur holandais Off The Fence.

Les acquisitions portent sur des programmes lifestyle, nature / animaliers, histoire, science et technologie.

New channels launch in Croatia

InTheBox.TV has made its debut in the Croatian pay-TV market by launching three channels – Dr.Fit, Woman and Planet Earth – on Telekom Austria’s Vipnet.

The three channels first made their debuts in July 2015. They are distributed by SBB Serbia, Telemach Slovenia, Telekom Slovenia, Telemach BiH, Elta-Kabel and a large number of smaller operator in Slovenia and Bosnia [&] Herzegovina.

Commenting on the development, Magdalena Malinova, senior advisor to InTheBox.TV’s CEO, commented: “We are excited to launch our channels on Vipnet, and hence bring our content to Croatian viewers for the first time.
