SportKlub TV est à son lancement propriété d'IKO Kábeltévé (groupe RTL) qui prévoit de lancer 10 nouvelles chaînes en Hongrie d'ici à la fin de cette année.
Celles-ci diffusées en clair seront baptisées : Sportklub+ The Football Channel, Film+2, Krimi+, Soroza+, DoQ, Poén, Pr1me, Reflektor, TeleABC and The Fishing and Hunting Channel. IKO Kábeltévé appartient au groupe IKO Media Group qui est lié à RTL Klub.

Sportklub is a European sports channel which has been broadcast in Hungary, Romania, Poland, Serbia and Slovenia since 2006. The channel commenced broadcasts in Croatia in 2007 and in Republic of Macedonia in 2011.
In some markets two channels are operated; Sportklub and Sportklub+.
Sportklub transmits many different sport events including football, ice hockey, basketball, tennis and rugby league. Sportklub+ transmits only football in Serbia and Hungary/Romania but a mix of sports in Poland.
