provides modern telecommunication services: analogue, digital, HD and
interactive television Volia Smart HD, high-speed Internet access, as
well as cloud solutions and services of Ukraine\'s largest data center.
The company acts as the leader of digital entertainment products, is in
the TOP-3 companies in Ukraine\'s Internet market. VOLIA provides
Internet and TV services in 34 cities and 19 regions of Ukraine. VOLIA
offers subscribers the best licensed content from foreign and Ukrainian
studios in packages of services. There are more than 200 TV channels, 20
of which are HD (the largest number of high-definition channels among
Ukrainian providers).
Among the shareholders of the company are PROVIDENCE EQUITY PARTNERS,
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), GOLDMAN SACHS,
UBS AG., SIGMA BLEYSER.
VOLIA received the official status and rights of all the UEFA Champions
League and UEFA Europa League matches for the seasons 2018-2021.

22 Jan 2016 Leading Ukrainian cable operator
Volia is launching a new kids channel. The local National Council on TV
and Radio Broadcasting has awarded the company a cable license for new
channel Volia Cine+ Kids.
It will launch on February 1 and will be the company’s fourth
channel. Volia already operates Volia Cine+ HD, Volia Cine+ Mix and
Volia Cine+ Legend which are amongst the Top 30 most-watched channels,
based on the operator’s own peoplemeters system
